Good price and location. Very friendly owners. Tasty breakfast and comfortable, clean breakfast room. Says on the website that it is on a quiet road but it was quite difficult to find parking during the day. We had to pay to park by the beach when it was only a short walk from the B&B - but parking was dirt cheap at £1 for four hours. Good base for a few days away at the beach.
