Wow !!!

This place was fantastic. We arrived by train into Venice and found the Locanda Herion with little trouble. Great location, quiet place. Room was lovely - clean, warm and big enough to relax in. Each night we sat outside on the swinging seat, drank wine and ate olives !!! The breakfast was great. Its buffet so you can eat as much or as little as you like. Fantastic hotel would surely come again !!!!

very good value

Our first trip to venice - it was wonderful.
The hotel is small but central and close to a water bus terminal.
Our room was not expensive but roomy with good amenities, very clean , cotton sheets ,warm ( we went in November) and most importantly a hot shower with nice white towels.

And well situated for an early start as our room backed onto a courtyard where the bins were collected and the square cleaned up very early in the morning!!
