The worsest hotel I've ever been.
5 stars offered by hotel:
* Ants in the rooms.
* Air conditioners isn't working - the hot is everywhere: bars, lobby, restorants, bouling, lifts ...
* Water problems on water slides.
* Elevators get stuck
* Dirty plates and knives.
5 stars offered by staff:
* In bar you will wait up to 50 min before they will start to bring you something and then the manager Tolga tell you that you won't get the rest of you order because the bar is closed already.
* Rudge and useless guest relation manager
* No attention to reservation details - 2 single beds instead 1 double - that's ok, as manager said.
* If in restorant you after 10 min. waiting you will remind the staff that you still waiting for your drink - waiter may become crazy and angry.
* Not always you will get the same numbers of towels.
Staff and technical condition just killed that hotel.

It depends on the season that you had bad experiences about waiting too long for the sevice. You should visitthere in September or October as I did and I am sure you will be quite pleased with everything...
