The Ottoman Palace Hotel (Osmanli Sarayi Adrasan)

Built in traditional turkish style it is a perfect retreat. It is brand new so spotlessly clean and the attention to detail is amazing, even the toilet brushes are handpainted in turkish style (this may sound tacky but it really isnt). The grounds are wonderful with a pool and river at the end of extensive gardens surrounded by orange trees. It was so peaceful and we really felt like we were away from it all. The staff greeted us on first name terms as the hotel is very small and if we went out for a day trip, it was like coming home to a family, they would come up and greet us afterwards...did you enjoy your trip etc. etc.
Food delicious with lots of buffet mezzes. So much more personal and authentic than the big anonymous hotels

quiet get away from it all place, no children under 12 allowed

Not good if your looking for somewhere lively with evening entertainment
