This hotel is supposed to be 5*, it's new and is suffereing from major teething problems. Transfer time is approx 70 minutes from airport. Hotel is based in a small village, with quite a few shops, ranging from small souvenier tat to designer fakes. I would rate this hotel no higher than 3*.
FOOD
Hotel is All Inclusive. Range is very limited, and hot food buffet was mostly served luke warm or cold. Cold buffet was quite extensive, but all food was served in sauces and none of the food was labeled, so you never knew what you were eating until you tasted it, and then it wasn't obvious. Pool side snacks are available for a limited amount of time if you can find them!
DRINKS
These are locally produced, and available until 11pm, after that you have to pay. All served in small glasses, which they are constantly short of. Range of drinks are limited and they do NOT display what you can have. So if you want to try something new, you can't see what they have on offer.
ROOMS
Booked this holiday for 3 adults, when we shown to our room, it was very small with only 2 beds, when we complained we were told that the hotel was full and we were supplied with a pull out chair bed, and although we had sheets straight away we had to constantly nag and wait 4 days for a duvet. One of the electical sockets was hanging out of the wall, but the maintenance man didn't come to fix it although it was reported on the second day.
Your view from your small balcony, will range from overlooking the bins, to overlooking the gorgeous Taurus Mountains.
OTHER
Pool was very small and did not cater for the size of the hotel. There were notices in the lifts (there are 2)asking not to reserve sunbeds, but the staff do NOT uphold this, if your not by the pool by 6am you got no chance of a lounger.
Hotel has a games room where you have the choice to play, Pool, PS2's but there is a charge for these. Hotel is located behind shops, in a small lane and is approx 500 metres from the beach. They do operate a shuttle to the beach in the mornings.
ProsVery clean hotel. Most of the staff are helpful, but speak little or no English.
ConsBiggest weakness is the FOOD, mostly served cold, with a very limited range for the English palette.
