if you've got kids then Club Cala Barca is the place to be.
First Impressions.
besides the delay of our luggage being delivered to our hotel room and discomfort from the apartment beds. i can proudly say this is the best holiday resort.
you can never miss food and theres always staff about if you need help around.
reception is open 24/7 and the service is superior.
the apartments and suites are below my standards because i fault the huge amount of discomfort in the beds supplied.
Cleaning and Hygiene.
you get a maid visit your room to do your "dirty work" e.g cleaning and tidying at least every two days.
they change bed sheets, tidy the bathroom. just generally clean your apartment up so it's at your satisfaction.
you can gladly enjoy a place in the sun without a worry in the world.
Value for money.
As their were three holiday makers (myself, my mom and my sister) touring Cala Barca, the total price is extraordinary.
As the price altogether includes
all-inclusive meals, drinks.
excellent service
amazing entertainment and crew.
and more.
Meals
as you'd probably imagine it's a three meal a day service with snacks in between. such as, coffee and cake.
most food is well suited to each individual's culture
though theirs not a wide variety in the English section.
but if your one for, Mexican, Italian and Spanish food then eat as much as you like.
Outside Villages.
if you've done everything there is to do at the resort, theres plenty of villages outside Cala Barca to visit.
e.g Cala 'dor, Porto Petro and more.
theres a small open windowed train which runs around through all the villages in Mallorca and coaches and buses run through Iberostar as well.
If your not one for road travel, theres the Glass Bottom Boat. which travels to your desired location at low charges.
There are also the famous caves of drach also available to visit at anytime.
along with marines, docks and aquariums.
The Entertainment Crew.
the entertainment runs from around 7:30/8pm to 11pm each night.
the kids entertainment comes first, and is most likely at their standards.
then comes the adult entertainment. the stage scenery is well suited to their performance.
shows are put on each night to ones you know, to ones they've directed them selves.
The Room.
As for the stay over each night, the beds are way below my standards. Thats the one thing i think Iberostar should do something about.
Everything is well secured if left in an empty place, such as a safe with your own desired code.
that's where you can store all your important possessions uncase of an emergency.
there are certain things you may feel you need to rent from reception for your stay if the room doesn't already supply you with it, like hairdryers, that would mean paying your own money for deposit.
Activities.
theres a wide range of things to do if you like to stay in Cala Barca rather than leave to tour other villages.
their are notices around the place noting on all entertainment on campus.
I.E
sea rider
sea rider 2
glass bottom boat
scuba diving
horse riding
sports e.g volley ball, tennis, table tenis, and Cala Barca's own gym if you feel you need to tone up.
as for the horse riding, thats a memory you can carry with you for the rest of your life.
Rancho Jaune is a separate equestrian center, though it has been connected with Cala Barca in a way.
they have a wide range of horses to chose from.
if your an advanced (experienced) rider, you'll find the 1 hour cross country trek is a lifetime opportunity.
There are also many swimming pools separated throughout the resort and also has it's own beach with caves and old stone.
it's a great scene and a great view of the coast.
Atmosphere.
the whether is perfect.
great for all occasions.
Cala Barca is a great place to offer for a good time.
The money value is fair and you can't not have a good time.
i highly recommend this holiday resort
as this is a once in a lifetime experience and a memory i will take with me forever.
if you later decide to stay at Club Cala Barca, i wish you to have alot of fun and experience things you wouldn't from your home location.
Regards.
