Fantastic

My husband and I upgraded to a gold class while staying at the hotel this February. It was absolutely amazing. The service was great and we enjoyed complementary access to the lounge with beautiful pre dinner finger food and drinks. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. We have never upgraded before but now we realized it's so much more pleasant and it's definitely worth the money.
