We were travelling with our 10 month old son and requested a quiet, non smoking room. As we entered our room we were 'hit' with an overwelming smell of smoke. The carpet, curtains, bed linen etc were all old and smelly, there were cigarette holes in all of them. When we requested a change of room because of the awful smell we were told rudly that the hotel was full. After speaking to various unhelpful people we were told that they would try and move us - they never called us back. Even though we complained every day of our 4 night stay we received no help.
