all rooms are suites - giving you a fantastic lounge space. Furnishing are contemporary, and beds very comfortable. The bathroom, however, was disappointing - I think they ran out of space and ideas. But the the rest of the accommodation makes up for it.
The suites have a kitchenette - a plus and a reason why we booked - but unfathomably it had no equipment; just a fridge.
If you can book one of their inclusivebreakfast deals - worth it; and worth having it in your room every morning as you have so much space.
If you are lucky you'll get a balcony with a view of the LA downtown skyline (spectacular at sunrise) and the Hollywood hills.
Quiet, upscale neighbourhopod, walkable (unusual for LA) to restaurants on Santa Monica Boulevard.
Great roof-top swimming pool, heated and saltwater. Plus Cabanas, comfy recliners and a jacuzzi for ultimate LA experience; BUT generally quiet - you can have it to yourself. There's a rooftop tennis court as well if you're inclined.
Overall very good value for money in an expensive part of town. Would go back.
