Best reception service

It was my first time in Christchurch with my husband celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary. We wanted to have a local cultural experience, so we approached the reception at the hotel. The guy at the reception recommended a traditional Maori dinner together with a Maori show performance included for a very affordable price. He even reserve a table for us on the phone while we were browsing some brochures. The hotel room was great with views of the town center and the helpful staff certainly added to this experience comfortable 5 star experience. It proves that a 5 Star service is not just about the room or bed!
