Gran Hotel Torre Catalunya

When I stayed in this hotel it had just opened and the swimming pool which is in the basement had not been completed yet, therefore the rooms were sold at a reduced rate, making it a very good bargain for a stylish 4 star hotel! However now that the swimming pool is open I would still pay the extra rate as it is a lovely stylish modern hotel. Our room had a walk in shower, big beds, nice tv and stereo and a great view over the city.

Staff are professional and helpful and its easily accesable being across the road from the train station and underground. A good alternative if you want to stay in a nice hotel away from the craziness of the La Rambla but still be able to get around the rest of the city.
