Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa Dubai

One of the best hotel i have stayed in ever!

What can I say about this place...it was brilliant from start to finish..probably a bit biased too as this was a surprise trip from my boyfriend for my birthday (only had 3 hours to pack!!)
anyway, we flew the nignt before my birthday and arrived at 8am on my birthday, when we got to the hotel and went to check in, we were told we had been upgraded and had to check in in a seperate area...we were given fresh orange juice and a lovely comfy area to sit in while they sorted our room, we had been given a tower room!! unfortunatly as it was 8am it wasnt ready yet, but we didnt mind we just went and sat by the gorgeous pool, the attendants rounds the pool were soo friendly (as with all the staff throughout the hotel)..we were given little water sprays (which were needed as was sooo hot!!).

We had lunch by the pool bar which was delicious and just lazed by the pool, at about 2pm someone came to find us to let us know our room was ready...we couldnt wait to go and see it so where up to be nosey straight away...the tower rooms where in their own building with seperate lifts and we felt really special using them...once we got the room it was just amazing!! I have stayed in other 5 star hotels (moon Palace, cancun. hilton, bangkok and mandaly bay, vegas) but this hotel room was somthing else, apart from being massive it had a very large walk in shower and seperate bath (fits 2!) and the bed was the biggest i has seen in my life!!
The balcony had the most perfect view of the sea, i was just in heaven!
As we had been upgraded we also had a free bottle every nigth in our room and on the night of my birthday they delivered me a cake! they were just sooo friendly and kind it made it the best holiday i have ever had and would definately not hesitate in going back again!!
