This hotel is conveniently situated between the New Town (The Strip) and the Old Town. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are adequate and clean with everything you need. There is a free shuttle bus service which takes you to 3 stops around Albufeira and the hotel is also located near a taxi rank and a supermarket. There is an indoor heated pool and outdoor pool which are both well maintained as well as a health club with jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel has it's own British theme bar which has nightly entertainment. This is a good hotel for families as there is plenty for kids to do including a games room and activity centre. Although we did not have dinner at the hotel the breakfast buffet every morning had huge choice.All in all a very enjoyable stay with plenty of relaxation!

cleaning seemed to take place everyday around 4pm when we wanted to return to room
