Cosmopolitan Hong Kong

Staff and particularly concierge very friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle service to the MTR, (underground train system that connects the whole of Hong Kong, Lantau and Kowloon). Although the nearest station is a short walk from the hotel. Breakfast is very good. If you are using buses in Honk Kong get an Octopus card - you can charge them up and use them on MTR and buses, much easier! If any credit left, you can hand them back in at the airport and they'll reimburse you.

Good value for money

Other reviews said that rooms in Hong Kong are usually rather small. Therefore we booked a deluxe room and found it great. The staff were numerous and very friendly, nothing was too much for them. We tried the hotel breakfast which is OK. We used the hotel mini bus to get around or taxis which are very cheap. If you book with the hotel directly they will order a car to collect you from the airport against a fee. It is a bit difficult that people don’t speak English but Hong Kong was a great experience and this hotel met our requirements completely.

Business trip

Good quality for money. I had a room with a view on the race course. The room was nice and clean but the bed not very comfortable (a bit hard). Breakfast was good!
All the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has free The nearest subway station is a good 15 minutes walk and it is not easy either to get a taxi from the hotel. There is a free shuttle bus service, which I used to go around.
I recommend this place to anyone who is planing a trip to Hong Kong.

Caring service from the heart

Very impressive service they have offered to me. I forgot my laptop which stores ALL my business correspondence and contacts in my incoming flight. The hotel staff does not only assist in calling the airline and locating my laptop, he also made sure my property was safely packed and delivered right to my hand on the same day I checked in.

I appreciate very much for the excellent service from their caring heart.

Very impressed

If you are looking for luxury and posh hotel, go for Four Seasons or Ritz. But if you are looking for comfort with an affordable price, Cosmopolitan won’t let you down.

I booked through their website direct and the rate they offer is very reasonable at around 170USD (all tax incl.) one night average (the more nights you stay the cheaper). The room size is spacious and the décor is very warm and welcoming. My room overlooks the busy city junction and flyovers. A very colorful picture.

The hotel also secures a convenient location near Wan Chai where you can find cuisines from every corner of the world. My Hong Kong friend took me to try Indian curry, Japanese sushi, and some other happening bars and pubs there. Even more crowded than the Soho in London.

I am very impressed by the hotel and I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.
