Lovely

I stayed in this hotel with my husband and two children and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and there was a lot of attention to details. The food was lovely and the breakfast the following morning was magnificent.

Stylish location

I stayed with my daughter for two nights in October 07 in The Radisson Edwardian, Leicester square. This hotel is right next to the Odeon where all the film premieres were, so we could have seen lots of famous actors and actresses during British Film week. However, instead we sneaked Subway sandwiches back into the hotel for our evening snack. Our room was large, with two large beds, TV with Internet access which costs - yet is free downstairs. The bathroom was huge and very well appointed. The decor is lacquered red/black with walnut finish - almost chinese yet it felt very new. The breakfast was very good, and the cooked breakfast was to die for.

A little gem

Excellent location in the heart of the West End, The Mountbatten is just by Seven Dials, less than a minute from Neal's Yard and twice that time to Covent Garden and Leicester Square. It is classy and refined, a good gym and comfortable rooms with old fashioned English decor. A great little bar too which I seem to recollect served great Bombay Sapphire gin and tonics....

Pros

Location, bar, service

Cons

no swimming pool
