Located opposite the London Eye, this is an nice looking hotel in one of those great London wide streets off Charing Cross - not far from Old Scotland yard. Rooms are adequate but heating and plumbing are very noisy (it wasn't just my room as it was the same each time I stayed). Breakfast is actually very good for a buffet affair but the worst thing is the coachload of tourists who arrive and depart every morning and night. This hotel obviously does very well and I can see why but the crowds are very off-putting and it took me over 25 minutes to check out!
