I was over in England for a few days in the summer visiting both Leeds and London. After a poor experience at a Leeds hotel (The Golden Lion Hotel) where the food was poor and no air conditioning, I was delighted when I arrived in London to be hosted in one of the city's newest hotels called the Crown Moran. Situated the north part of the city at Cricklewood, the four star hotel was bright, welcoming with large bedrooms. The food was excellent and the hotel has several bars which I frequented in the weekend nights. They attract many locals mainly Irish and I have a fabulousy time. The criac, and music was brilliant. As I was travelling alone I felt great to be able to integrate so quickly and this was made easy by the patrons and customers alike. It's only 20 mins away from the centre of the city and good value for money. The only downside was it is situated in village type part so shops and clubs are limited in number. Overall I would definitely recommend the Crown Moran Hotel as a great place for any age of person interested in a bit of lively entertainment and excellent accommodation all at great value.
