A tad pretentious...

The Vanderbilt hotel now owned and run by the Radisson luxuary brand, Radisson Edwardian, is certainly a looker in the south Kensigton area of London.

I think it's far from that luxuary standard it claims though! To start with the room is too small, and was not well arranged. The overall service was poor, for example the receptionist had no clue of the frequent guest programme, the phone customer service was hopeless and the booking service not very friendly.
