Tropicana Resort & Casino Las Vegas

The Tropicana on the southern end of the famous Las Vegas Strip was great for a weekend visit.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Tropicana for a few nights and we were impressed by the staff, cleanliness and cost.

We had not prebooked and when we rocked up they were very close to capacity but the lady that attended to us on the front desk took the time to make sure that she found a room suitable for our needs. She was kind enough to let us use the room about 4 hours before the usual check-in time and did not charge us extra (this was awesome so we could catch up on some much needed sleep).

The room was not huge and the furniture wasn't designer or gold plated but hey, the towels were fresh and sheets were clean.
Would definitely recommend this place to travelers travelling on a budget.
