Excellent hotel, staff were so helpful and accomodating, they always went that extra mile to make my holiday perfect. From finding out train and flight times, to removing a stuck cork in a wine bottle to storing luggage for days whilst I was out of town on another tour. The rooms were comfortable above all clean. the hotel is well located and had all the amenities and facilities you would expect but made more special by the fabulous staff.
