After spending months trying to find 'reasonable' accommodation in Sydney over New Years Eve. I finally came across Aaron's Hotel situated in the heart of Chinatown. The rates and room were reasonable. The only downside was the toilet in the bathroom didn't flush well and there were a few questionable stains in the quilt cover & there were a few holes in the linen.
