a real surprise

the food was excellent and the staff couldnt do enough for you. Dry cleaning was immediate. Everthing was pristine and couldn't be faulted in any way. Entertainment was very entertaining which was useful considering it was minus 8 degrees outside. You dont see this kind of service in the UK.
