Stayed here in April 2007 for one week.Four star hotel but only because of the facilities. Excellent Spa.Due to Easter holidays in the UK, it became very busy and is more suitbale to those preferring a livelier holiday with children.The hotel is a little out of the way but access can be gained to Patong and Phuket by the shuttle bus or taxis. Overall the service in the hotel was poor, and very few staff speak any englsh at all- unusual for a Thai Hotel.
