Laguna Beach Resort Phuket

The Laguna Beach Resort is a huge complex. It is a low-rise building with only 4 levels. The walk from the lobby to the room takes quite some time but it's worth it once you enter the room. Set in a contemporary mood with added touches of Thai influence, the room is clean and inviting with cream walls and lots of dark wooden furniture. The balcony faces the ocean front with amazing views of the sunset in the evening and there is even thai massages available in-room or by the swimming pool. There isn't much nightlife in the hotel premises except for its bar with a live band playing nightly. The walk out of the hotel is far and there's nothing much to do around the area. You'd require a taxi to take you to Phuket town for better nightlife activities and shopping. Food in the hotel is good with a huge selection for its breakfast and dinner buffet. Service is excellent as the Thai locals are always willing to assist you at all times. This resort is more suited towards family vacations or for couple's on a romantic getaway.
