Perfection!

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Phuket in November 07. stayed in the Busakorn wing which is worth every extra cent (as opposed to the main Wing which seemed a bit more crowded). The hotel location was second to none. The grounds and pools were fantastic, service was impeccable, the rooms spotless, large and comfortable. They have 2 times mini marts on the grounds so you can stock your mini bar as needed without paying the ridiculous mini bar prices. The staff were attentive, helpful and eager to please. The security was amazing, with a guard at each elevator 24/7 as well as at all entrances. The restaurants and bars were great - we ate and drank at each one at least once. I can't wait to stay there again!
