I loved the resort, it was clean I loved the culter. Yes I would go there again the beauitful trees, the awesome restaurants but most of all I loved how the staff always smiled. I would come back in a heart beat

No doubt... the hotel is fabulous. It was only two years old when we were there (end 2005) and it still felt very new. The gardens were beautiful. The rooms with a huge king size bed very comfortable.
The beach is fantastic and there is a little shopping center which belongs to the hotel 'Pueblo Principe'.
Lots of restaurants to choose from: Mexican, Italian, Japanese, French, Fish and Steak. We haven't tried them all but from those we did try we loved the Japanese and the Steak Restaurant. The Mexican we didn't like at all. From others we heard that the fine dining French restaurant was excellent as well. The quality and variety of food at the main restaurant was also great. Unfortunately the food was never really warm.
We arrived at the hotel before noon and had to wait for our room until 3pm! The staff at the reception spoke english but elsewhere it was difficult.
Lots and lots of activities, sports, and evening shows. Also a disco open until 2am.
The hotel is enormous. There are little busses to hop on. They drive every two minutes. But if you walk, it could take you easily 15 minutes from the beach until the reception.

the hotel and the people are the best things about it. the rooms are immaculatly kept, the beaches anr beautiful and the people always had a smile and were willing to help out with whatever situation. the food was pretty good, nobody i was with got sick, but it always sat heavy in our stomaches (probablly because we always ate to much). we went snorkeling with the sharks and sting rays - which i recomand, and ATVing, which was also an experience. all in all I'll be going back, i miss the sun, the people, the hot rain, the ocean and the beach at night. even miss the little gekkos too.
