Hilton Batang Ai Longhouse Resort

Very secluded

The Hilton Batang Ai is a resort secluded within the rainforest with access only by a 20 minute boat ride. Pack light as there are lots of steps to carry your luggage up although the porters will soon help you. There is only one restaurant and one swimming pool so there is not much to do, great for relaxing but you many want to take advantage of the excursions offered to break up your stay a little.

The buffet breakfast is great for filling up on and is included in the price, but the a la carte lunch menu is very expensive, and not a great deal of choice. The buffet BBQ/dinner is great although again they do sting you with the price just because they can!

If you go on the trip into the rainforest don't forget your mozzie spray!
