Great location, great value!

Right next to Shinagawa station, this hotel has great access to the main tube line we used as well as the bullet train to Osaka or Kyoto. For the star rating and price, this hotel has excellent facilities. There are resturants inside the hotel and a Outback and TGIs just around the corner. Cheaper options are a food hall in the hotel and an excellent food court at Shinagawa station. Staff are polite and helpful. Hotel also has various shops including a convenience store and 24 hours vending machines. Rooms are spotless, a decent size and have those fabulous Japanese toilets!
