Really good hotel. Especially the pool and spa facilities were great after a cold day on the slopes. We enjoyed the food and the staff was very friendly and helpful.We booked through a Belgian tour operator who offered some activities for the kids before dinner time which was wonderful. The hotel also has a little play room for the kids.The only downside for us was the fact that the slopes were about 20 minutes from the hotel (if there was no traffic because early morning and around 4-5pm it took over half an hour). The ski resort Kronplatz is great.

Not so big hotel about 20 minutes from the ski slopes of Kronplatz/Plan de Corones in the Italian Dolomiti. The ski area is beautiful and very well organised, close to the little town Bruneck/Brunico which is worth visiting! Hotel Sonnenhof offers everything you need in a ski holiday. Warm, cozy rooms, a spa, a welness area with sauna, turkish bath and nice warm jacuzzi and a swimming pool. There is a room where the kids can play, a garage and parking, a place for storage of your ski stuff and a shuttle drives every half hour to the slopes to take you or pick you up. We booked through the Belgium tour operator Josk which offered kids care during the day close to the slopes and two hours of kids club in the evening in the hotel.The food was good, rich breakfast, the personnel very pleasant.If we go back to Kronplatz for skiing we will definitely go back to hotel Sonnenhof.
