Would definitely not recommend anyone to this terrible place! First, it took us like 2 hrs to check in, to fill out the forms, to be guided to our rooms. Secondly, the water in the shower was cold, and after our fourth complaint, we were told that since the central boiler is located far from our room, they cannot do anything. The remote for the TV was not working, which was changed the next day, the air conditioner was not working properly. You have to go and look for a waiter yourself to be given a drink. The worst came when checking out where we were charged for consuming items in the mini bar which we did not. We made sure not to touch anything since no price list was available in the room for items in the mini bar. After again complaining with the hotel Manager, we were told that they checked the mini bar at 10am, and at this time, we were in the room and sure that no one came in since we did put the "Do not disturb" sign outside! After almost 1.5hrs of investigation which we not over, we paid the bill and asked the manager to refund the amount back to our credit card whenever they finish with their internal investigation. Till today, not even a sign, although I did fax a letter of complaint the following day. Anyway, I do hope they use the money paid for the unused items to improve their service, to train their personnel!
