Caribbean Village Agador

Great layout of resort - 4 swimming pools and lots of activities for children and teenagers. 5 speciality restaurants, we tried 3 and they were good and there was also a vegetarian restaurant. The main self service restaurant wasn't that great, we had to wait a while for cutlery and choice of food wasn't too fantastic.
Rooms were basic but clean, toilet was very smelly though for the whole week (nothing to do with us!).
Staff helpful and friendly. We were all inclusive which was great and that included wine, beer and cocktails which were all very nice.
Locals friendly, beach lovely.
Weeather during the day fantastic but bit chilly in evening (during April).
Only thing that annoyed us was the market traders constantly trying to get you to buy their goods but you do get used to it - haggle, haggle, haggle - don't pay their prices cos they drop them by half if you start to walk away.

this hotel offers something for everyone. the complex is designed to a high standard. there are pools to suit all different needs. a quite pool, a childrens games pool, a deep pool. there are lovely restaurants to choose from which a themed from countries around the world. or you can eat in the buffet style restaurant. the staff are the best. most helpful smiling I have ever come accross. Even though the hotel is all inclusive and they were not getting tipped each time they served you, they were excellent. I have been twice and next spring it will be back there again. the sports amentities are really good if you want to join in.this is a place I will go back to again.
