The Hotel Capitol is a very modern business class hotel well located for shopping in Kuala Lumpur. The rooms are newly decorated with first class bathrooms and kept very clean. Breakfast is not included and the restaurant on the mezzanine level has more of a canteen feel about it - not many people use it as there are so many better and cheaper restaurants to choose from nearby.There are only basic facilities availiable here, a very small lobby, the canteen restaurant and a cafe attached next door. I thought it was a shame they didn't have a bar on the top floor to take advantage of the views but this instead is dedicated to penthouse suites.
